Effective Date: These Terms of Use are updated as of the date indicated above. We reserve the right to periodically modify these Terms; therefore, we encourage users, as defined below, to check for any updates since their last visit to the service provided through the website bakecaaincontrii.com (hereafter the "Service" and the "Site").

Definition of Users

Users of the Site (collectively "Users") include both Advertisers and Visitors, as defined below:

• Advertisers: are those who create content posted on the Site, upload listings, and create profiles, in accordance with the terms of the Paid Services described here.
• Visitors: have access to content posted by Advertisers and can contact them through the contact information provided by the Advertisers.

Users acknowledge that continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the Terms of Use in effect at the time of their visit. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you must stop using the Service and exit the Site.

The use of Users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which also covers the use of cookies and similar technologies. We only collect personal data necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, and pursue our legitimate interests, such as improving the Service and expanding its geographical reach, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of our Users.

Rules for Advertisers

Advertisers, when creating a profile or posting a listing, must confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. This Site is intended for adults (18 years or older). By using the Site, the User guarantees that they are at least 18 years old and, in the case of Advertisers, that they are not offering services that violate the laws of their jurisdiction.

We do not exercise any editorial control or pre-approval over the listings or profiles created, but we reserve the right to remove those that:

• Violate these Terms of Use;
• Contain malware or other content that may compromise the functioning of the Site;
• Are deemed, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or illegal;
• Constitute harassment or threats towards other Users or third parties;
• Are intimidating, offensive, or discriminatory;
• Damage our reputation or that of the Site.

Reporting

We have set up two dedicated email addresses, privacy@bakecaaincontrii.com and abuse@bakecaaincontrii.com, to allow Users to report any listings that do not comply with these Terms. Each report will be reviewed, and we may remove the listings or request additional information from the involved Advertisers.

Sanctions

In the event of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, we reserve the right to ban the User. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the removal of listings or the suspension of access to the Site, and no refund will be given for amounts already paid.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their behavior on the Site and for interactions with other Users. They also agree to use the Site and the Service in compliance with applicable laws and proper conduct standards. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information contained in Advertisers' listings or the success of negotiations between Users.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. However, we will not be responsible for:

• Losses or damages caused by events beyond our control;
• Losses arising from interruption of the Service or unavailability of the Site;
• Loss of profits, business, reputation, data, or revenue;
• Any indirect or punitive damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.

In the case of Paid Services, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the User in the twelve months preceding the event that caused the claim, or a maximum of €500. For free services, the liability is limited to €150.

Paid Services

Advertisers, by uploading a listing, authorize us to process their personal data for the purpose of publishing the listing. Listings are subject to the policies of our payment service provider, and we reserve the right to remove listings in the event of violations.

We do not intervene in negotiations between Advertisers and Visitors, and we cannot be held responsible for the content of the listings or any disputes.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not offer refunds for Paid Services unless we decide, at our sole discretion, to grant exceptional credits.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
